The inaugural vintage of this wine was in 2021 to celebrate the 21st Anniversary of the vineyard because, really, nothing is more celebforceratory than bubbles! Named after my beloved Airedale Terrier, Fizzy, this force carbonated wine will delight your nose with floral and tropical notes while crisp citrus, apple and pear reign on the palate. Bubbles are delicate, even and dance across your tongue leaving your whole mouth happy!
