By joining the Hersch Wine Lounge Wine Club, you agree to the following:

• Membership is ongoing and will automatically renew each billing cycle unless canceled.

• Members will be charged on a recurring basis for each wine club release.

• Wines must be picked up within 30 days of release unless prior arrangements are made.

• We are unable to ship wine at this time. All orders are for in-store pickup only.

• Members must be 21 years of age or older to join and to pick up wine.

• A valid ID is required at pickup.

• Membership discounts and benefits are non-transferable and apply only to active members.

• Cancellations must be made prior to the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming release.

We reserve the right to modify membership benefits, pricing, or terms at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes.
